Looking beyond all the hype and long shots from Bale, I'd Mata is the best player. All round good, technically good, can score, assist etc.

But then again Suarez can too, however I think Mata's slightly more influential. But that might be due to him being more of a midfielder. Nothing wrong with that though.

The butthurt for not getting the working visa is strong in this one Sad.

On topic, personally I don't think he is I rate RVP and Suarez a tad higher but he's defo one of the best in the league.

Id take Bale and RVP ahead of him in my team.I would take a in form Aguero too.Dont get me wrong, I think Mata is a good player but i dont think he is THAT amazing as some people make him be based on stats.

Not a fan of Chelsea, but Mata would be the first person on my team sheet every week if he was in my squad. Bale is magical at times, but Mata is consistently world class for the full 90.

I disagree, Mata fades a lot throughout games,specially in the ones chelsea dont dominate

This fading in and out games stuff has to stop all attacking players do it due to their position.

RVP, Suarez, Hazard, Cazorla, Silva etc etc all do it.

Yet, somehow despite this obviously false belief, his goals and assists are almost equally distributed between the first and second half. He actually had more goals and assists in the second half though :facepalm:
