I imagine it would essentially be to displace Giroud in the starting XI, but also to provide more flexible should Wenger sometimes play with two strikers.

Don't really care for Santi on the left. He never stays there eliminating our width. End result is that it compacts the pitch and the defense.

Gibbs goes up on the overlap, therefore retaining the width while Cazorla can roam where he likes.

Podolski plays the same way as Cazorla.

Yes the player confirmed it. Will join the team on 1st July.

As for Zouma... hope we sign him and send him on loan back to St. Etienne. That would be ideal. Future replacement for one of our centre backs.

st etienne are only selling aubameyang of their top players. They have refused even looking at offers for anyone... not even loanbacks. It was part of the deal to keep Galtier. People will have to wait on Zouma.

ASSE fans saying club will consider €8mio+ offers. It might be too much for a 18 year old but I think it'll be worth it considering the potential he shows already as a starter for an EL team. All our young CB's in the academy are either too young or not good enough to be 3rd choice but Zouma in one year could be that guy. 8 million euros plus 1 year loan is a good deal for ASSE.

He hasn't been sold yet.

And 40 million is ridiculous amount of money for Higuain. No chance any club outside of Russia pays that much for him.

Punto Pelota is as reliable as CaughtOffside.

Calma, Higuain isn't signing with Napoli after discussing with Arsenal, Juventus and other clubs aswell. Real Madrid can agree with whoever they want, in the end Higuain has to decide.

I have strong doubts that if or when they sell Cavani, they'll use the majority of it on one player. For a club like Napoli, 63 mil euros could get them three or four players that could improve their entire squad.

On the source itself: it comes from a Spanish paper called Punto Pelota and it's apparently one of the most unreliable papers in Spain. The "info" comes from an FIFA agent called Francois Gallardo, and they talk a lot of bollocks.

So relax.
