Gundogan has done more than Modric is less time and he is better at everything than him bar dribbling, which isn't sth that important for a dictating CM.
Modric was dominated by any top 8 PL side, ask any PL watcher if you don't believe me, whereas Gundogan dominated every midfield he played against last year.

According to A Bola and Record, Real Madrid are interested in Matic.

A Bola say Real Madrid have an advantage over others because Coentrao can be included in the deal as well as 50% of Garay's negotiation rights or something.

Record say Ancelotti's been interested in Matic since he was at PSG.

IIRC, it was Ancelotti who turned Pirlo in to DLP from AM when they bought him from Inter... He is also the coach that got the best out of Kaka, so maybe he has some surprises in his back pocket for us and Kaka. But I'm not gonna freak out even if Kaka stays because it means that Bale won't definitely come and we won't get robbed with Bale's price tag. Better to lose another 10mil than pay +50 mil for the current Bale.

First time in my life I'm positive about Ibra linked to us. I could actually see him work quite well for us in the next season. Another player which Ancelotti knows. Could be our version of 'Henrik Larsson' and wouldn't leave us with only Morata in case Benzema gets injured for a long time.

Camacho gets in and dirty with tackles but thats about that I am afraid. His passing is really bad both short and long and he would never cement himself a place with us.

Apparently Perez and the Sociedad president have talked over the phone about the possible Illaramendi transfer. He will apparently meet face to face to negotiate the final touch. And the player has supposedly given the ok to this....... bullshit probably but I like the rumour Laughing

Not sure why every playmaker that is linked has to be an 'Alonso' replacement. It's not like Alonso has been/is a really elite player.

A major part of Spain's Euro and WC is not an elite player ? Please. Just because he isn't an agile midget and flashy that doesn't mean he isn't/wasn't great.

For Real Madrid he's done well, but he's not the be all and end all of midfielders. I think he's overrated a bit, since he's one of the only renown DLP's out there. He's struggled against certain midfields as well.

Right now he's being treated as if he's been the best playmaker in the World for a decade for Real Madrid.
