Is he really a Barca style player...i dont believe he is at all.

i thought that he was quite decent in the second half against psg . the fact is he is fighting for midfield starting berth with 2 of the best midfielders of all time and busquests who is indispensable for barca .

i also think that barcas game has become so fine tuned, especcially in midfield that without extensive experience getting to know the other teammates movements and so on, its very difficult . and he hasnt developed that yet . i think he is also conscious of the fact that some of the areas he would like to drift into and where he would be most effective tend to be occupied by players like messi and iniesta who are better than him so he instead gets into areas of the pitch where he doesnt look as effective .

People saying they called it, it's nothing special. Props still, but I mean, everyone and their grandma in the Barcelona section was well aware of the problems with Cesc before we bought him and we saw those problems manifest before our eyes, very predictably.

He cant play there, dont have any of the attributes for it.

As for this thread, its weird. First of all, this is nothing new....your like...2 years late.

Second of all, its an odd game to choose. Because he wasnt asked to play in midfield and he also created the penalty which a fantastic pass.
