single player looks boring.

but multiplayer is where its at when it comes to battlefield

yeap, ive always found single-players boring on cod or bf3, never finished them,

the graphics in this look awesome, i dont even know if my 7700 can handle it,

multiplayer will be goat

BF3 single player was not boring lol. COD yeah, their single player is terrible.

you dont care about graphics, battlefield is all about graphics nowdays..

BF3 single was passable, but with a genre that has titles like the original Crysis games, Half-Life's, Bioshock/System Shock, Deus Ex, Timesplitters', Metro 2033 and the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games it doesn't even compare.

ha , the graphics barely changed .... they won't look like this in MP , just like in BF 3 if you compare Campaign and MP graphics .... and wtf is this !? Same jeep build , same russian costumes , same knifing animation ? wtf have they been doing the last year ? Oh EA , it's just like them to make another game before the Next Gen to snatch some money , no wonder they did BF4 and not Bad Company 3 ....

bf3 as well as cod are restricted, they bend more towards reality compared to the games you mentioned,
most of them have fictional stuff involved which make the campaign fun, military games cant do that so their gameplay feels dull, cant blame them.

The setting/technology ingame has very little to do with whether it's a fun/entertaining campaign or not. "All Ghillied Up" from CoD 4's greatness didn't depend on it being set in contemporary/realistic times.

CoD 1,2 & 4 had decent campaigns, MoH was nice and had very little to do with the setting/possibilities.

When the hardest dificulty level of a game consists of abusing cover to abuse the health regeneration system and accuracy isn't required because infinite bullets then it wasn't very imaginative level design.

It's details you often overlook that make the game what it is. Doom 3 BFG feels completely different to Doom 3 because of one tiny detail. Being able to use the flashlight in combination with a gun or not. That one tiny detail broke what could've been a great console port of a classic.

Half-Life isn't great because of things like the gravity gun. Crysis/Crysis Warhead weren't dependant on the Nanosuit for its greatness. Bioshocks story didn't depend on its gameplay mechanics/setting to blow our minds and I could go on but I hope you understand that setting/technology has very little to do with whether a campaign is great or not. In the end it's about putting the player in the front seat of a story and thus needs basic story-telling mechanics.

They gotta go 64 vs 64 or they can suck it !
