Personally think Fabregas' final passes are probably the best in the world.

Messi is elite in that regard anyways. Top 3 without a doubt. The 3 are a matter of opinion.

Hehe, not sure about that, but definitely Messi will score lots of goals for Argentina, its inevitable Very Happy

LAst WC I think he hit the bar and crossbar like 4 times alone. With a bit more luck, help from his teamamtes and selfishness he'll be banging in goals for fun, only a matter of time. Its only less than 20 goals!

Don't know what people were expecting. He's been like this against organized defenses all his life. 8 games against Chelsea + 3 games against Inter + last 6 games against Cholo's Atletico = 0 goals in 17 games. Laughing

I can accept Futbol's point about parked buses.

But he is such a lazy *bleep* now, makes Ronaldo look like Suarez when it comes to work rate.

There was a point in the 2nd half, where there was a loose ball and he was 3-4 yards away and he just stood there jogged along and watched the Atleti player get the ball.

Just shameful.

LOL, maybe people should start to realize how good of a team Atletico is. La Liga fans have been trying to let everyone in on the secret for almost 2 years now.

Yes Messi had a poor game but the blame should lie on the rest of the team as with all the attention he receive's they should be able to produce much more then they have. I mean we are talking about some of the best players in the world who get 1 vs 1's all game long while Messi has 3-4 players on him all game.

Against top teams and top players you can't expect Messi to beat the odds and save Barca every game. Some of these other superstars need to start earning there paycheck's.
