but don't we have $50mill to spend that is untouched? or is that just media BS. we only paid $2.5 for Em so it is good business but to replace him we need to spend $12mill++

i know the squad needs to be reduced to 25 and to lose cassano is a big mistake, he is pure class and talent on his day

DANILO seems to be the target of Milan now.

The long-term target, which interest in him has been confirmed many times is Paulo Henrique Ganso, but according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the priorities have changed and Santos’ Danilo is the man Milan want.

The arrival of Stephan El Shaarawy from Genoa may have contributed to Milan’s reported priority change as they are believed to be keen on the Copa Libertadores winner, who scored the winning goal in the final.

Bringing Danilo, like Ganso would be tricky; apart from the fact that he’s non-EU player, the right wingback’s card is split: 37.5% owned by Santos, 37.5% by DIS and the rest by former club América (MG).

The 19-year-old is very liked by the club and the same Gazzetta suggested yesterday that Milan had an agreement in place for Danilo in January. Santos, meanwhile are willing to buy his card and own him entirely.

Emanuelson should stay there is no reason to sell him. It's a mistake IMO. Evil or Very Mad

I like how most of us haven't called El Shawaary anything and our getting accused of it. Just because they're are doubts doesn't mean he is a failure in our eyes. He might be a good player but the hype some have given is over the top especially those who have never even seen him for a full game.

GKP: Abbiati, Amelia, Roma
Def: Nesta, Silva, Abate, Taiwo, Oddo, Bonera, Onyewu, Mexes, Antonini, Zambrotta, Yepes
Mid: Seedorf, Gattuso, Van Bommel, Boateng, Flamini, Ambrosini, Emanuelson, El Shawaary
Atk: Pato, Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Cassano, Paloschi, Inzaghi

28 players we need to get rid of 3, I highlighted them. Emanuelson should definitely stay IMO. Onyewu could have possible played for us had it not been for that season ending injury that he hasn't recovered from it's a shame. He even stayed at the club 1 yr. for free.

Oddo was linked with a QPR move... I think he should take it.

So that mean we have to get rid of three not only 2, Bonera, oddo, Onye.

Wouldn't that be weird if we signed Park Ji-Sung? Great player but I'm not to sure how he would do in our league. It would also give us a big boost in the Asian market.

We don't need a 30 year old either. Certainly not one that's non-EU. He's been nothing more than a utility player for the past few seasons in Man Utd. Juve is linked with him. I hope they sign him.

By the way, let me bring up another player... Lamela... he's certainly going to be on the move now for cheap. The crap has hit the fan for River Plate. And I mean in a very serious way. They lost to Belgrano in the promotion games... being relegated to the 2nd team. Yes, River Plate has been relegated. I thought I'd never say it. Lamela has been linked with mainly Roma and to a lesser extent Milan. He'll leave for much cheaper now.

It appears we may be going ahead with a bid for Fabregas...

http://www.calciomercato.it/news/122761/Mercato-Milan-ecco-il-piano-per-Fabregas.html

In addition also linked iwth Salomon Kalou..

http://www.calciomercato.it/news/122695/Mercato-Milan-anche-Kalou-nel-mirino.html

Very good player, but don't think we need another attacking player. Basically says Chelsea is going to be clearing house this summer, and he may be one that will leave.

We have to go all out for Fabregas. The perfect CM for us. With MvB and Boa on his sides and Ganso in front of him, that is a perfect midfield. Lamela should be option B if we are not able to get Cesc. Of course Diego is a great option as well imo and he can play CAM and Ganso as CM, but it seems we have no interest in Diego so...
Kalou rumor is ridiculous. We don't need him. The players in the Chelsea squad which I would welcome in Milan are Bosingwa (as backup for Abate), Drogba (as vice-Ibra), Alex and Ivanovic. Those are players, who in the given situation may come for cheap and will be of good use for us. David Luiz is also a player I would like at my team but his price tag is huge.

OGUCHI ONYEWU has just returned, but can leave again.

The American defender returned to Milan after an unsuccessful loan spell with Dutch side FC Twente but the Rossoneri have no intention of possessing him as he could be loaned out again, this time to Portugal.

According to the Belgian media and the site of the Portuguese newspaper A Bola, Sporting Clube de Portugal (known also as Sporting or Sporting CP) have shown interest in the 29-year-old center back.

Gooch joined Milan from Standard Liège in 2009, but made only one official appearance – in the Champions League against FC Zurich. He suffered a season-ending injury at the beginning of the 2009/10 term.

If Onyewu goes on loan before the start of pre-season, Massimiliano Allegri will have only two first team center-backs in his squad: Alessandro Nesta and Daniele Bonera; Primavera boy Rodrigo Ely will join them.
