I've recently loved watching players with insane close control that just dance through the opposition. Players like Iniesta/Isco do this excellently and it's a joy to watch.

What other players can dribble like this?

I'd add Ozil as well, he's good in tight spaces.

Don't want to be the guy that says 'Messi!!!', but have you left him out because its too obvious or because you don't consider him a 'close control dribbler'? They don't say ball on a string for nothing.

For me because it's obvious. He's not a flash dribbler, just has amazing fients and agility which enables him to pass most players with ease.

All good suggestions so far, i'm going to try make a playlist or something on youtube with some good dribbling compilitations.

I think its difficult to argue. They keep the ball as close, always under control and can change directions easily. However, one is smoother, the other more explosive.

If we're talking about flashy close control then there are a few other names that would be more appropriate, however if it's just best close control then definitely Iniesta for me.

Messi can go through whole team in tight space, Iniesta can weave first left and the right and then make a back pass. Messi is miles better in every type of space than anyone currently playing, and it's non debatable.
