Best Hat Trick of All Time?

What in your opinion is the best hat trick of all time? Either because of the importance, the timing or the quality of the goals?

I'm going to say Rivaldo against Valencia is the best I have ever seen. All 3 goals were amazing especially the 3rd one and the importance of it. Last day of the season Barcelona need a win to qualify for the Champions League, they're losing 3-2 in the 87th minute and Rivaldo scores an amazing overhead kick to complete the hat trick and win the game.

Absolutely sublime. 4 days earlier, I went to NI v Iceland, we got beat 3-0. I wasn't even sure if I wanted to go the match, only went because Fabregas was playing thank da lawd he was playing. I would have kicked myself repeatedly if I missed this match. I had more heart-attacks that night than whenever Arsenal were defending set-pieces last season and let me assure you, I lost count. I loved the look of Luis Aragones' face after healy's third goal, I will never ever forget it, Casillas had a shocker of a night tbf.
