I always thought Cissokho was just as good as Clichy, fast, stronger, not as much stamina though.

has anyone been watching copa america ?? that colombian left back Pablo armero looks class and Wenger should take a look at Mathieu who plays for Valencia is he is a good left back as well

yeah pablo armero is awesome. i think udinese has the best full backs in the business. and i do not think they are about to sell to anyone. this being the reason why mauricio isla is not looking to move anywhere because the club is ambitious and does not want anyone to move.

Armero is indeed awesome, but Wenger has never been one to search for talent in Serie A.

Cissokho has fallen out with Lyon fans and board and definitely wants out.

however Lyon board are usually a bitch to deal with....they always milk the buying team (well except Toulalan case)..will be interesting this one

would be a fantastic buy. they paid 15M, they wont sell for anything less.

yeah aly cissokho should be an awesome buy but any reports linking him to arsenal. i saw a couple of fan made pleas on bleacher to go get him but you guys would know better. He would be absolutely perfect for your team!!

a Lyon fan on RAWK reckons he had a horrible season...but the whole club was in turmoil and he wasn't the only one guilty.

Lol, i thought liverpool was more interested in luis enrique and i think he might be better for liverpool than cissokho. If you think abt it, liverpool has more spanish connection and arsenal = mini france. So not such a bad idea huh?

That's kind of true, but we used to have an insane amount of Spanish players (and we were slated for that all the time) and now we are a bit more English (and again being slated for it)...can never make moaners happy Very Happy

at the moment we have Reina, Maxi, Suarez, and Lucas who speak Spanish....before likes of Arbeloa, Torres, Mascherano, Alonso, Riera and most important of all, Spanish manager left...so not really as hardcore as before, but still more Spanish than Arsenal Very Happy

the thing is, Comolli is French, and I'd be shell shocked if we don't sign a player from League 1 this summer..and after missing out on Clichy I think Cissokho-Enrique is between you and us. One go to one team, other to the other. You certainly won't pay 15M for Baines (we would), and Everton won't sell to us.

Yeah i am pretty updated about all of liverpools dealings , my younger brother being a huge liverpool supporter. I am actually a madrid fan but i like both arsenal and liverpool (coz they usually have cool supporters...seriously) but this year i am actually rooting for liverpool to fight for the EPL so you will see me around ur forum a lot i guess.

just saw it on FranceFootball...

still quality, he just had an offseason indeed. The fact that he is such a powerful athlete is going to work wonder for him in EPL

seriously theres only like 5 quality fulltime LBs in the world right now, hopefully Cissokho becomes one, but he's probably the best option available right now.
