Re: Juventus - Chelsea
Congratulations. Huge win.
I just wanted to mention something. The head-to-head rule's stupidity becomes evident in a situation like the one of this group. If it was about goal-difference, things would still be open...

Don't go with this stuff into the general section
Humble in defeat and in victory
Chelsea had their chances tonight, in the first half especially.
I think their mistake was not starting a striker, it just left too much to be desired
And they're really missing Terry keeping their defense organized
Don't take away the credit from us to how many chances we have ? Vucinic missed a lot, Quagli was to selfish and Cech was too good
I'm just saying to have some respect for the fans of the other club and of the EPL
It was a dominant display, but no reason to act cocky afterwards
It will be hard in SD but you all forget one thing .. THE KING WILL BE ON OUR BENCH !
sorry to disappoint Devi....but Conte ban is until Dec. 8 and the game is on Dec. 5.

I don't understand why head-to-head is a bad thing. I think it makes sense that if you tie with a team in the group, the first tiebreaker should be who took the most points from those two matches. If you draw and win against a team, it only makes sense that the team that had a victory should advance.
A stupid result would be two teams being level on points in the group with Team A having two wins against Team B, but Team B advances because they have a better goal differential. This is exactly the situation UEFA is trying to avoid with its tiebreaker rules. Goal differential is stupid. If you want to advance, then you have to be better than the team you tied.

it's a stupid rule coz it could work in our favour! If it was Milan in the same situation then he would be singing a different tune!

It didn't come out the way I wanted it to. I just meant that the final match day would have been more interesting and nail biting, something that you'd look forward for as a neutral. not that one was better than the other
