Chelsea - Juventus: CL Group Stage

To me at least, this is one of the biggest games of the entire group stages. It's a chance to see how much Chelsea have improved since last season, and to see where Juve stand among Europe's elite. We did show that we are a top team by consistently beating Milan (with Ibra, Silva, and Nesta) last season, but we havent been in the CL with the rest of the big boys for a whjle, plus we strengthened, so I can't wait to see how we do. So how do you guys see this going? Is be happy with a draw at the bridge and a win in torino.

Imo I think Juventus are going to win. I think Juve will win fairly comfortably. By a 2 goal margin or more. Juves midfielders are going to wipe chelsea away.

This recent Chelsea side is not convincing.

Juventus have a good chance to win this one imo.

They have a better organized defense and much better midfield.

I'm tipping Matri to score the winning goal

chelsea is going to win playing bad but still manage to win

chelsea and shakhtar to progress

Will be an interesting match.

I wouldn't rule us out so easily.

However. I don't expect much from us this CL. Knock out stages at most.

I tip Chelsea to do much better in Knock out stages if RDM manages to connect a good tactical line up.

Unbelievable talent, just have to know how to use them and make them play with each other.

Juventus will win with 1-0.Vidal will score from a wrongly given penalty in the 93rd minute.

Juve will walk all over chelsea if Bertrand starts and Ramires plays on the RW along with lampard starting next to mikel (double pivot)

If RDM has any tactical awareness he would play ramires mikel lampard in a midfield trio

Going for a 2-1 or 2-0 Juve win.
Although a draw is likely.

Either way it's great to be back and we get the chance to play the champions of Europe at their home ground as our first match back. It' all comes together nicely

Chelsea should definitely take 4 points + off of shakhtar. And assuming everybody beats Nordsjaelland then Chelsea should end up going through.

Juventus and Chelsea mustn't underestimate Shaktar .

Comfortable 0-2 win for Juve. Vidal and some other scrub scores.

They are the tiki-taka masters, they beat Kobenhavn to title ffs.

Didn't they just beat Nordsjaelland 2-1? Also, believing that Nordsjaelland are on the level to compete with Juve/Chelsea is grossly overestimating them.

Chelsea favourite for this one but Juve will proably win. 2-1

Shakhtar could cause an upset imo.
