Re: European Golden Boy 2012.
I honestly rated him Arq but since this season he's gone another few levels mentally and technically.
Carrying a club the size of Milan at that age has to be credited for.
On Munian i think he might fall short one of the big reasons being how poor Athletic have been this season and i think he might lose a few voters because of that.

The award is based solely on 2011/2012, I believe.

Re: European Golden Boy 2012.
It's a bit disrespectful to have Alaba name included there, he should be competing for World best player, Bundesliga best player, Austria best Player, European best player with the likes of C.Ronaldo, Messi, iniesta etc.
I know it's based on age, but Alaba deserves to better, I won't be happy if he wins it.

funny how you didn't mention Chamberlain who's actually gonna be one of the biggest world class players in the future. And i'm saying this with complete unbias.
My vote goes to El Sharaawy, tho! That dude's super great.
And Sterling...overrated imo.
Sterling is better than if not equal to Ox.
Too early to say for both players.
On topic, Alaba.

From these finalists, I really hope that Thibaut Courtois wins it!

Re: European Golden Boy 2012.
Can you believe this? It's obvious how much this Mafia controlling football world don't want Bundesliga to keep winning things, one would think this was a walk in the park for Alaba and that is a legitimate thinking

Sure.

Re: European Golden Boy 2012.
Although i believe this award is a bit funny , considering who decides the winners , i think the 3 nominees aren't anything abnormal.
Of course Alaba not being there is a bit absurd (you so mad Idri , we can tell ) , but ok , Isco , El Sharaawy and Courtois are actualy legitimate nominees.

Still more legit than the Ballon d'Or
All 3 of them deserve the recognition they're getting at the moment, and I hope we'll one day see them among the Ballond d'or nominees. (among others of course)

I wouldn't be so sure about the more legit part .. have you checked out some newspapers which participate in the voting ?
Blick ? Sport Express ? Ta Nea ?Especialy the later one i know well ; it's not even a sports paper , but a daily political-social one
Having said that , i don't find issue with the nominees , nor with past winners. I guess it doesn't mean much anyway.

Re: European Golden Boy 2012.
Starting the campaign from now.
#Carvajal2013
From these I have seen Isco consistently , he's made dramatic improvement in the lass 3 months. Beofre that he was just a normal player in a well balanced team. Now he's probably the 2nd most important player.

It's an award for the entire 2012 calendar year, not the past 2 months only.
