There have to be some major twists towards the end. Surely Arrow can't save them all?

What I think will happen is this

Merlyn is coming back 100%. He will be the one to save Thea at the Bus station/Airport wherever she was.

Him and Oliver will be the unlikely partnership for a common enemy. Sarah will bring the LOS with her for the help. Maybe she would sign some sort of agreement that if LOS helps her and Oliver, then she would go back to the LOS.

LOS will see Oliver working with Merlyn and assume that they are together. LOS wants to kill Merlyn and will probably want to kill Oliver as well. This theory doesn't seem right to me though. But I do think next season it will be the LOS who will be the big villains. Not exactly sure how they will do this.

Actually I just realised this.

The call Felicity got from the STAR Lab. It was most likely to do with the fact that there was a cure for Mirakuru. But what if it was to say that Bary has awoken from his coma?
