Higuain was poor tonight. You can make good runs all night long, but if you don't score then its all for nothing lol.

Chances that Higuain got i doubt benzema would score them. And Benzema would not even get those chances. That chances happened because Higuain was fast enough to reach them. he is so fast that he even headed ronaldo's shoot. btw ronaldo also missed very good chances higuain was not alone

Benzema should have started today, he along with Modric and Ozil brought a lot of fluidity to the attack of Real Madrid in the second half. The quartet of Benzema, Ozil, Di Maria and Ronaldo won us a lot matches last season. With the addition of Modric to the attacking quartet, even the sky would not be the limit of what this Madrid team is capable of if they all find their best forms.

Anyways I think Benz should start over Higgy because he offers so much more when he's not in front of the goal. Madrid could do better than both, though.

alfred, we can do better? like who? in age range, they are elite, only older and more confirmed players are better, and even then, they arent that many.

As much as I like Jovetic, Benzema is always going to be the better player imo. Karim is such a talent, don't understand why he's so underrated on this forum. Gets me confused considering RM fans own the general section.

Higuain played with Essien/Khedira, Benzema played with Modric/Ozil, although i thought he should have scored on some occasions, but overall he was great
