Is Bale making that much money? i know those are the numbers circulating in the british press but he is not making so much. He is earning 6.5 millions net (i have heard 7 millions from Fred Hermel), which is about 14 millions euros total for us. It cant be much higher than that because that's the second level of our pay grid, where casillas is.

CR is about to go higher than Ibrahimovic at PSG, above 15 millions net. That will cost us above 30 millions per year.

but as I understand it is the money the club generates in that particular year but what about the money spent by a club !!
Also in the other link, there is not a single player from leverkusen in the top 30, Simon at 39th hmm

His new contract will probably keep him at the club for at least two more seasons.

It's not the money the club generates, this is just the wage bill the club has to pay for the players. "Lizenzspieleretat" = "budget for the professional players".

Blaise Matuidi is supposedly going to earn 10 millions euros / year . Previously on a 3m/y deal .
