Southampton makes offer for Del Piero

Southampton has been linked with a sensational transfer of Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero.
They have made a two year contract of 1M a season plus the bonuses.
Del Piero hasnt still decided where he will be playing since he isnt a part of Juventus anymore.He has been linked with Sion too.

I am not sure if del piero could play for southampton because he isnt that fast and doesnt have the energy he had.

Go for it Alex, I'll be watching most weeks. What he lacks in Pace he more than makes up for by being head & shoulders above the rest of that squad in terms of vision, top level experience, leadership, ball controll, shooting etc etc. I'm sure I don't need to explain to fellow Juventini why ADP even at this age would be there best player. Even if it meant he was subbed on at the 60th minute.
