Not much to add...you guys nailed it on the head. I go with Ibra as well. He offers more than any of the other names mentioned. Falcao as a pure 9 but Ibra overall.

BarrileteCosmico wrote:I don't see PSG getting very far in the CL, so it's likely that his "CL flop" tag will stay there - but that is because most of the teams Ibra has played for make him into their system and there's not enough support for him. It might be the way he prefers it though.
alfred, with Ibra it's been the case of either his team mates not being good enough to support him in the toughest of matches especially in UCL or being so good that the game no longer runs through him and it is he who has to fit in which is again difficult for him. No questioning his ability and league winning record but it's hard to allow someone to make excuses in both directions. Somewhere something is lacking within him as well and he probably doesn't realize that.

It seems we all agree on Ibra. This seems to be a far cry from the days when I newly joined the forums and almost everyone had only one thing to say about Ibra - that he is an overrated big match flop.
As for the other options Falcao, van Persie and Aguero are getting pretty much universal support.
A few people have said Benzema. Then again one person raised doubts about his consistency and lethality which I agree with. I will also add that he finds it difficult at times to play as a pure number 9 because he likes to drop off and make space for someone else to move in. When played as a pure focal point of attack as with France he is not at his best.
No one said Rooney?
As for Tevez, he seems to have come back in top form but let's wait and watch for some time before delivering a firm verdict.

I just can't judge ibra completely with barcelona.. he was actually playing good until messi went central (which worked) and ibra was forced on the wing. Ibra basically got incredibly pissed and that effected his play quite a bit, to the point where I can't judge him at all
