Inspired by the constant propaganda that Suarez has stat-padded his tally by bullying 'scrub' teams, I did a little research. Manchester City & Chelsea are yet to play three & two of the teams Suarez has scored against respectively.

There are reports, but at least the English media now in the morning sound like they haven't got first-hand information.

It's being said he will be operated and recovery time will be 4-6 weeks. My first reaction, if the reports are true, is that "well, as long as he's fit and healthy in August", but it will be unfortunate for him and for the World Cup as a whole if he cannot take part Neutral

We want a happy suarez when he comes back from the world cup, so he should play in the WC...England and Urugway through, so that Italy is out and Germany wont have to face them once again in semis or so

Apparently an arthroscopic surgery was done, which is not very invasive(5-10min surgery).

He'll be fine. At worst could miss Costa Rica game. The England game is exactly a month away to the day so he'll be fine.
