The talent for every position apart from striker is in the squad as it is. I hardly think the club spent £25m on Oscar and are so vociferously adamant about holding onto DeBruyne if they were just intending to bring in a ready-made import to take their place in the team in the end anyway.

If we're going to go out and blow huge money on the most bang-obvious superstar for every position, we may as well hire fecking Joe Q Public off the street to manage the team considering just about any idiot could do the job with that kind of largesse.
