He'll be 28 at the start of next season, poor attitude, stupidly high wages and he is one of the most inconsistent "top players" i've ever seen.

I think age-wise its not an issue, if Lukaku is bought into the rotation now in 2 or 3 seasons when Rooney were to move on Luaku would be plenty ready to fill his boots, plus any transfer fee would be offset by shirt sales and other marketing activities. The main stumbling blocks would be his wage, inconsistancy and poor attitude/general lack of intelligence, although if he kicks up a big enough stink over the summer (see Modric last season) we could pick him up at around 25mil which would be a steal.

Wouldnt be my first choice, id rather Higuian or Lewandowski over him but in theory i think it would work, i just cant imagine him in a Chelsea shirt (although we all said the same of Torres)

If it worked on my FIFA13, I see no reason why it wouldn't work to be honest

If he comes, he will be happy for a season at max, then he will start whining about higher wages, start sulking and what not. If he and Mou both come, i expect fireworks to fly at one point.

Gomez, 27 yrs now - had an ankle surgery after Euro 12 and he was n't starting for Bayern much this season. If Bayern is buying Lewa , it is for a reason. He is an upgrade for sure over Torres in the box, but lacks speed.

Looks like Mou is going for a rotation and hence planning to buy both german strikers -Schurrle and Gomez (or else Rooney). Mou usually perfers one experienced striker with CL experience.

According to KDB's agent (through Tim Röhn) Mourinho is not official but everyone knows it's going to happen. Also, Mourinho will decide what to do with KDB and will bring Khedira with him.

He is a B2B player and never played Solo DM role with any teams including German NT. He is not good enough in one on one defending to be a solo DM imo.
