World Cup 2014 Teams

If Carjaval manages to displace Arbeloa and start for a large portion of 2013-2014 season, I think he could end up in the squad starting.

Alba only became a regular at Valencia this year after all.

Carjaval is a very very similar player to Alba, not sure we want 2 of them, it leaves us defensively vulnerable.

From what I've seen Carjaval is very solid defensively. He's very balanced between att and def.

Gerrard ,Cole,Terry,Barry,Parker will all be 34..I doubt any of them will book the flight to Brazil.

They should not waste time on these overpaid oldies and groom some young DM like Rodwell ASAP.

Rodwell isn't a DM though. I don't even think he knows what he is.

Point is, better invest time in a proper young DM than Rodwell if England are serious about 2014.

Lucas and Hermanes arent starting quality.What it will look as of now but im 100% sure there will be at least 4 changes until then

Dede will eventually take over,but either one of them is fine.DL4 has huge potential.maybe he will be a top CB by 2014

I can see it happening, but do you think he would start? Or even have the fitness to last all tournament? He will be 35 by that tournament, and IDK if he will have the legs for it.

Tournament football is funny like that, not high in volume but certainly in intensity.

Hopefully he has the legs for it, I think he should be able to push it out for one more tournament

Lucas makes no sense since they have their width already with the fullbacks.

And I don't know about Ganso but he definitely does not look more talented than Oscar.

Oscar is becoming our #10 but regardless,both of them should and will start according to menezes.dat creativity.we will see how it works at the Olympics

Anything can happen, so I wouldn't dare making predictions just yet.

I disagree heavily with alot of those teams. Your also missing Argentina.

Belgium's first team players are as good as any nations imo. How they work as a team is another issue. They still have Witsel and Mertens to start if De Bruyne and Thorgan are not mature enough by then.

For Spain, Fabregas is nowhere near good enough to play in Spain/Barca's midfield, let alone Xavi's role IMHO. I would rather see him in the False nine role, Again. Busquets should and will probably keep his place. Will be interesting to see the development of Ander,Muniain and Isco. Busquets,Ander/Thiago,Iniesta

I would also love to see Poli for Italy. We'll see if he's good enough for a regista role or will he be used as the deputy of either DDR or Marchisio.

Euro is just over and I'm already excited for the World Cup!!
