Its about Chelsea its about their Own Squad planning. If I saw Fergie I would buy a proper RB,not a disaster like Rafael & buy a CM & DM. Modric-MVilla will help. Fletcher Carrick are good but if they want to be the best in the world they should be rotational/bench players.

I am not going into Giggs & Scholes. Ohh and a young LB being groomed as Evra replacement will help,maybe Fabio if he is any good.

What they need is a Good Central Mid-field & RB.

These names look good on paper. Hulk,Hazard and what not. Lets see what they do for Chelsea when the times comes. It is way too early to pass a judgement.

If ManU sign Kagawa they'll be better than that:

takes a lot more than hazard and hulk to go from 6th to 2nd...

a *bleep* miracle if torres is your first choice striker, for one

makes sense, both the striker and the RW will score regularly while mata and hazard will create more.

Babun you are jumping to conclusions, Hulk is not a 100% and we havent seen him play in a blues shirt. We dont even know if torres will stay.

Kagawa won't solve Manu's main problem, it's their central midfield. They need someone like Javi Martinez imo.

Let's have a look at my knee jerk.

Arsenal:
Stacked with better defenders than in previous seasons, wheelchaire will be back. Their attack has so many options with a functioning midfield. With the Addition of Podolski they officialy have 2 sources for goals not RVP only.

Man City:
They're just one proper CM away from being a power house. Given, their fullbacks aren't the best but a proper midfielder could cover for them.

Chelsea:
You could put Hulk into a second devision teams he'd still score shitloads from everywhere. He is the new CR7 imo. Torres isn't an issue, ALl the others will score for him. You may put a pole instead of him with Mata+Hazard behind they'll still score.

From CL perspective:

BVB got stronger with Reus. Bayern are making great signing to close all their depth problems.

Next year, it'll be the hardest CL of this decade

Idriozet please dont embarass us. Who is M. Suarez? A Belgian League player who was repeatedly 2nd best to a much younger Lukaku. Lukaku who is 4th choice at Chelsea.

Dzeko is decent but he is Not a Falcao. We will never spend 100-120 Million Euros like them.

Hazard is 250,000 EUROS a week which is roughly 13 Million Euros. There is no way a League 1 Player unproven in the big stage deserves that. But such is the compulsion of Modern Football. Young players can bargain whatever they want.

We have a good team,we will have good depth next season and most of all we have substance & style. We cant spend 15 Million and still be a Huge Power.

I dont know why Fergie can't see the weaknesses in the squad. The midfield is poor by any standard, Evra is doomed and Rafael is STILL too raw ( maybe he'll always he raw ).

Do we even need a AMC? Why isn't Modric already in deep negotiation with us is beyond me. United have been awful by our standard for a few seasons now. I can't even stand a full game this season, I would rather watch Swansea. "You're not a real fan, you just support them when they're winning, blah blah blah" Truth is we haven't improved at all since Ronaldo left, we're falling behind.

Scholes extended his contract, so they are set in the middle for another year..

Central midfield isnt a great problem in the short term..... Carrick and Scholes are a good pairing.

The main problem is they have is that Rooney has to act as an extra midfielder and they dont have no proper AM.... Kagawa will fix that.

In the long term considering the age of Carrick and especially Scholes its a problem but in the short term it can work.

I'd argue having no decent full backs is a bigger problem for them.....

Are you seriously going to tell me a Midfield of Carrick, Scholes, Valencia, Kagawa and Nani behind Rooney isnt formidable?

Still not replaced Neville and Evra being crap is a bigger problem IMO.

People said that about Man City with Barry but like him Carrick just sits deep and intercepts attacks and gives the ball to the forward players....

Because your not a pitbull and running round like a chicken with your head cut off dont mean you cant defend....

Tbh i prefer intercepting DM's to physical DM's as they are usually immaculate at positioning and interceptions.

You start well known defensive liabilities Benzema, Ozil, Ronaldo and together ffs.

Benzema and Ozil are hardly defensive liabilities......and regardless....2 of the 3 are forwards and the other isn't really expected too defend under normal circumstances.

Anyway...we also start Khedira.

In any case if Chelsea get Hulk, in the long term i would'nt be suprised to see them use Ramires and Mikel together in the middle ala Melo and Gilberto Silva under Dunga for Brazil.

Anyway, I don't think you're right about Carrick, he can be a good complimentary defender with a actual defensive player next to him, but as the lone defender in midfield, I'm not sure.
