That's because clubs like Chelsea and City are willing to do anything to sign some players, even offering them an insane amount of money.

I think United have stronger traditional principles, and they just wont pay that kind of money to anyone. It's more so a club stand if anything.

LOL its £100k, not £170k. Some of these journalists just like to toy with the wages of players. You'd find another saying £190k tomorrow . They said Mata was on £100k when he's actually on £55k .

No its not a joke. Mata and his agent suprisingly did not demand much from Chelsea, much to the delight of the board. He's probably going to get a rise this summer though. Even Sturridge earns more than him(£70k). We have a lot of players in our squad that don't earn as much as people think, especially the Brazilians and Portuguese(Luiz, Ramires, Ferreira, Meireles, Bosingwa). Only our star players earn massive amounts(JT, Lamps, Drog, Torres, Cech). The likes of Kalou, Anelka, Mikel and co were within the £70-£95k range.

But they are getting beaten to the punch for all the best players they seek now. It was already the case for Benzema notably.

He won't flop so this whole thread is moot.

I've only seen 2 young forwards as talented as him in Ligue 1 at his age. One was Benzema. The other was Djibril Cisse. We all know what Benz has become. If Cisse wasn't a moron, he would have been a WC stud. Hazard is much, much smarter than Cisse in terms of both general smarts and footy smarts.

But as with any player changing leagues and weight class, he will take a little bit to adjust. But i guarantee you he will have 10 goals and 15 assists next year at least for Chelsea if he starts 75% of the games.

He is very good right now, but not 40 millions players. it is what he can become which is interesting.

i think yes, i struggle to find a weakness in his game, he certainly has the tools.

Was he more impressive than ROnaldinho when he left PSG?

I remember Dinho at PSG. Pretty inconsistent and fell out with his manager. Played some great matches though. Anyway, is it official or did he just say he wants to play for Chelsea?!

Chelsea are already spending money improving their squad. With the addition of Hazard and Marin + maybe Falcoa joining, they are gonna be title challengers to United and City.

It would make sense to wanting him to flop badly. Me personally, anything that will weaken United's rivals is a plus for me.

I hope he flops badly. Now that he is a Chelsea player= f*** him.
