I like it how Arsenal is dealing with these players, Diaby should be added to that list aswell imo. Hope we can get some good money on atleast Arshavin, Vela and Bendtner.

If by theory, you mean FM or FIFA, it will work wonderfully. But in reality, that midfield is too young/immature/inexperienced to work just yet. Maybe 3 years later, assuming Ox develops without becoming the next player to take a season off injured and Jack comes back fit from the really long layoff.

Yeah, that's the position he really wants to play. Sri is probably right though, that that's a bit young of a midfield to put out there.

Also, you have to consider that Wilshere might be not be the same player after his injury as he was before it. He has missed 10 months of football, after all.

Chamberlain will play centrally in due time, but best not to rush it. We've still got Arteta and Rosicky, after all.
