I cant remember Galliani leaving the game like this. Milan is KO, done, finished.
This is so sad, what a disgrace to the shirt.

Galliani .. Galliani can go harp about his stupid retreats again , as if it means anything.. this method may get you a result , but we need more than a result right now. Much more.
They better improve , i don't care who's fault it is or if they keep or fire Allegri. What's happening so far , it takes a great deal to accept . We are not the best these days , ok , but to watch Fiorentina win with 4-5 chances.. and totally erase us off the field after their 2nd goal ..
that wasn't Milan today , like many other nights already this season.

Might be a bit late but Via Turati is a thing of the past now, the HQ has moved on to Via Rossi which is 2km away from San Siro as opposed to 7km
Gotta say...With the new HQ, is it possible that there might be some change regarding the management of the club? It all feels very funny that we had to move out just when Galliani was rumored to step down next season
That or i just like conspiracy theories

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
The new HQ are from the future
Who knows really.. in comparison to how things are done in Munich for Bayern to how our management runs Milan.. we will never know what's happening for real , unless it's done.
As for Galliani , it feels like only if him wants to leave will call it a day. I know he deserves critisicm , but he's someone you just don't replace right away , we either accept that or not . His experience 'on the streets' , his remarkable business mind , his vast connections in the world of football and imo the connection he always had with players & coaches.. very few have had valid reason to speak against him in over 3 decades and in these cases Galliani always faced it with courtesy. He knows how to run things , that's for sure.
We're talking about someone who if Berlusconi continued to hand him 50m budgets for transfers each season , we would simply never leave the top. Never. But the catch here is , he has too many responsibilities to see through and for years now without a proper budget to make his life easier. He still managed to bring in certain great players , balance the books and even win a few silverware when we clearly weren't in the best of situations to target stuff.
Today clubs are being managed differently to that of the past . He simply needs his own right hands if he wants to keep on going , Braida and Gandini are better left at the office to hadle paper work ..
At the very least get Maldini , Albertini and if he wants , Leonardo back in Milan and we'll get back and going in no time. Lately he has changed his approach compared to the past with regards to recommandations , such as when he signed Gabriel(Serginho) and Rami(Ancelotti) , or Mastour(Sacchi). Obviously he came to regret some past recommendations by former players that he let go of which could have improved our fortunes for peanuts ..
As for Lady B , i don't expect her to be anything close to Galliani , she cannot , let's not kid ourselves.
What she can do though and i hope for Milan's sake she succeeds , is to transform our sporting & financial policies towards the German way. I hope she does that one day. With the right people inside our ranks , she can do great things for Milan. But it is my opinion that she cannot replace Galliani just now and of course neither Maldini will . Maldini will be (*if he comes) the sporting director of Milan . He will assess the work that is being done during trainings and evaluate coach & players . And together with the coach , present to Galliani what the team actually is in need of. The role is like a general captain of the team , being the connection from the team to Galliani , for everything. You may think we don't need that because of Galliani and i believe that's where many people get confused that Maldini will replace Galliani . Galliani simply does much , much more than his job is , that's it. Something that is of course to his credit , but others can do better in the things he isn't meant to deal with each and every day . Nothing more than help. A ceo isn't supposed to do all that , but keep an eye on everyone and most important , take decisions after assessing the work others below him have done. Galliani is simply doing everything , which is remarkable but it's pointless to say here that nobody can hope to succeed on all fronts. It's also obvious that for all his vast knowledge all this years , Maldini will be doing some phenomenal work if he does take this job .
When Maldini who has experienced everything in the sport says we have to do this and that for the team, you have to do this and that and if we can't , we will definitely know what to expect . Right now we expect stuff that are simply out of our control. We just survive.
Galliani should stay imo , 100% and do what he is really GOAT at . Bringing players in , making fine deals and contracts , be the leader he is and the reference point of Milan in Berlusconi's absence. Albertini and Leonardo can do wonders with Galliani's help and vice versa. But if he indeed is going to leave , i have to say here that i would be worried , despite his mistakes and gafs and whatnot. Above all i srsly think he needs the right people next to him , people who can also learn from him and when he finaly calls it a day , which i suspect it will be along with Berlusconi , then it will be BB to lead. I believe this is the plan , but let's wait and see. I don't know how long it may take , but imo if they do it correctly and some turn in fortunes financialy , in the coming years we should be able to really stand on our feet again , both on and off the field. These are difficult times , but despite what's been happening , we are taking all sorts of good decisions for the future , which is the most important to me.

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
Galliani is the man. And any mistakes he has made, is because of Berlusconi on top of him. Galliani is one of a kind, and we will surely benefit from his presence. However, Berlusconi has to relinquish control. If Barbara takes the reigns, she can begin doing what is best for Milan. Berlusconi is living in an era that is gone. He is too old and too out of it to be a leader.

Anyone watching the friendly against Young Boys ?
frankly , we're made to look as the young boys , but some good stuff going on despite Young Boys leading the score with a great goal . Waiting for the 2nd half with interest

Kaka must practice more on penalties , he's been losing penos relatively frequently the last years..
Saponara needs a lot of work too , but he can make it if he works hard .. I think he lacks fitness first of all. Cristante is cool .. For Niang , i see no hope on the horizon whatsoever
In my eyes he's as good as a backup rightback to Zaccardo

but. He did have a very impressive friendly , though it was mostly the 2nd half in which the team did play a lot better than the first one.

Dodged a bullet, it was an absolute debacle getting tickets - eventually just went to the Serpent's lair, though the Inter people were the only ones to give me a straight bloody answer - and then it was almost prohibitively expensive. 200 euros to probably see us lose was still tempting for the experience but watching it at the pub was a better idea in hindsight.
