seriously in general admins should take it more easy with the bans, trolling every now and then isnt bad, brings more intensity into discussion

I pretty much agree with this. We have lost some posters and we have gained some posters (I assume that is the norm in forums) and while I do miss some posters, we have certainly been blessed with some knowledgable new posters.
