chat had nothing to do with it. It was based on who can be the best candidate in managing the forum

It is under consideration at the moment. As I said, though, a number of us have work/school/other things picking up outside the forum and have been and will be busier than we were, so it may need to be shelved until we have proper time to dedicate to such a venture (if it comes to be). There's no point in starting it and then being forced to leave it half done... that's worse than leaving things as they are now (for a while).

rwo was chosen because we felt she displayed the proper qualifications in all of her actions on the forums, not just the chat.
