Nah still to hit forty. Meant the days of VHS, when movies were rented and recorded from TV. No problems then watching 4 hour epic, current generation hardly can sit still 15 minutes without inspecting their phones.

The last part is the worst. Luckily I work part time at an art house cinema, where I watch most films I watch in the cinema. The audience there are much better to commit to watching a film without succumbing to FoMo.

It's terrible watching movies in commercial cinemas a lot of the times.

^^that's why i never go to premieres, and sometimes go during the week when i get a chance, or if i go on a weekend, i go a week or two after the initial release.

^Oscar-worthy performance. Bryan Cranston in Breaking Bad was a freaking beast.

And I don't care what anyone says, I loved and supported Heisenberg until the very end...and I hated everybody else including his wife and son aka The Breakfast King.

oh and Elliott and Gretchen Schwartz? My god, what an annoying couple! Shame they didn't die.

One of the best movies period, up there with Memento as one of my personal favorite movies. The philosophical and ambigious nature of it, mixed with plenty of action and suspense makes these movies a masterpiece.

Steven Chow had tons of really funny movies prior to Kung Fu Hustle as well.

The Banquet (2006) starring Zhang Ziyi was a great movie too.

Saviour of the Soul (1991) was a funny one too with come cool stuff in it Very Happy
