Tonight, Basel will play the second leg of the CL 2013/14 Qualification Play-off at home in the St.Jakob-Park. They will encounter Ludogorets Razgrad again whom they beat in Sofia with 4:2.

For the CL match, Valentin Stocker can play again (he is still suspended in the Swiss League), and Marco Streller, who was out injured last week, will at least sit on the bench again.

Oh, I think I would know what I'd do with 20 mio Euros!

What Basel will do... I guess they will look for a fast winger as they will likely lose Valentin Stocker now. FC Schalke reportedly haven't submitted an offer yet, but now that they have qualified for the CL group stage, too, they have the money to put in a bid for Vale.

So... Group E it is with Chelsea FC, Schalke 04, FC Basel 1893 and Steaua Bucuresti. Quite a challenge to prevail there, but why not?

I will go to the stadium at Steaua - Basel. Can't wait.
