Hiddink Or Villas-Boas as manager?
Hiddink Or Villas-Boas?
There is always the option of making Villas-Boas manager and Hiddink as Director, but do you trust Villas-Boas to succeed as coach?

Re: Hiddink Or Villas-Boas?
neither
Hiddink is the best candidate, but i have feeling that after one or two year he might step down.
AVB is a young manager and could be our long term answer. one concern i have is how he would deal with an aging squad.

AVB, Hiddink is pretty much confirmed to come to Chelsea and he would love the DoF. That means we get an awesome adviser and a really good manager with brilliant potential.
Re: Hiddink Or Villas-Boas?
If #CFC pay AVB release clause the total spent on compensation hiring/firing managers under Abramovich will be approx £62.1m(not inc wages).

AVB would be my choice as long as we get Guus as DoF.

Re: Hiddink Or Villas-Boas?
Coaching career
At the age of 16, Villas-Boas (who was always a Porto supporter) lived in the same apartment block as the English Bobby Robson, who was managing FC Porto at the time. Following a debate between the two, Robson appointed Villas-Boas to Porto's observation department. Curiously, Villas-Boas had argued that Robson should play Domingos Paciência more regularly, the future coach of S.C. Braga who Villas Boas would defeat in the 2011 Europa League final to make history. Under the guidance of Robson, who was impressed with his fluent knowledge of the English language, he achieved his UEFA C coaching licence as a minor at the age of 17 in Scotland. He then had a short stint as head coach of the British Virgin Islands national team at the age of 21, before he moved onto a career as an assistant under the management of José Mourinho at Porto, another protégé of Robson's. As Mourinho moved clubs to Chelsea and Internazionale, Villas-Boas followed suit.

FC Porto president Jorge Pinto has wished Andre Villas Boas 'great success' as Chelsea boss. Formal confirmation from CFC still pending.-twitter

AVB I think will follow very closely in the footsteps of mourinho and accomplish even greater things for chelsea. I hope he brings in an attacking midfielder like sneijder, god knows thats what we needed last year
