Spelling= how is something written.
Grammar= which function does each word serve?
I wrote you a sentence.
How I wrote it is the spelling. The grammar behind it:

Thats pretty awesome of Portugal to have 0 foreign managers.
They are like the Bilbao of managers.
In defence of my fellow Englishmen though I think it would be worth pointing out, our league system as a whole is allot more competitive than those countries.
So there are plenty of other managers about in England. We cant just be judged by one division. Considering our population we do quite well.

I don't think so. Not more competitive than Italy or Germany. Maybe more than Spain. Zeman manages in Serie B and is a world class manager.

Why is this in the RB thread.
It is a legitimate concern, if you don't trust your local managers with your league's pressures then you are inadvertently harming their chances of improvements.
Saying the BPL is more competitive is not an excuse, managers heads fly all the time in Serie A and other Italian mangers always show up.

Well, I don't have the numbers at hand, but I remember that the number of qualified coaches is comparatively small in England if you compare it with Spain, Germany and the Netherlands, for example.

In this case I don't think it needed referencing, anyone could get the same info from Wikipedia, but I do agree with referencing for more complex diagrams and articles especially.
