Look at Cesc,Henry,Pires,gilberto, Kolo Toure we all still love them and wished the all well.

What do you expect from Arsenal fans? To cheer about a local rival player? A player that acted like a f*ck when he scored against us [Adebayor]. Or to cheer about a player that claimed Arsenal fans are not "passionate" just when he leaved [Nasri]. Or a player that refused the same job at his former club to take the job at Manchester City [Vieira].

You are acting like Real Madrid fans here are angels.

And you clearly are not active enough in General Section, as you have not read how Arsenal fans defend Cesc in Barcelona.

Not to mention other players that leaved and we still respect them: Toure, Eduardo, Henry, Pires, Reyes, Baptista etc.

i could understand arsenal fans doing it in threads that concerns them for eg nasri or adebayor say that spurs and city are better or bigger than arsenal or whatever.. abuse would be understandable

but in a thread like this or the vieira one when they dont really concern arsenal directly why do gunners have to abuse these guys.. most of the forum knows nasri and adewhore's character anyway.. even barca fans manage to keep a civil tongue when discussing or mentioning figo

I like Ade, I actually think he's changed quite a bit since leaving Arsenal,he's gone through alot.

He was certainly a great professional at Real Madrid and now he is being a great profssional at Tottenham.

Not only that, he brings a vibrant personality and .......Arsenal fans can say what the want about him but the guy has clearly changed.

Manny is underrated as an all round player. His reputation was severely damaged by the loss of faith in him at Arsenal and a subsequent mini-flop at City.

*He closes down ans works hard off the ball
*Holds up the ball better than Carrol, Dezeko, Heskey, Crouch, Wellbeck and any other big CF in England
* He is agile for his size
* A little lazy in reaction time, but once he gets going he is an incredibly fast runner
* Has a decent and composed pass in the final 3rd, especially in the 18 yard box for some reason.

Only issue is that he should convert more of his chances, then he would be GOAT.
