Dürüm is Turkish for a certain very thin yufka flatbread. Pita bread is a seperate item. I like dürüm a lot with hummus, btw.

Durum means a roll and is a general word not specific food name. The food in my photo actually is called "doner". There is also "lavash doner". Pakistan people has similar food called "Shawrma"
"Kebab" is a whole different thing. Its actually a barbecue. There is also "Lule kebab" "kufte kebab" "basdirma"
