I aint surprised one bit, Milan never sells players that still have something to give, as said in this thread if Milan medical staff can't fix his injury problems no one will, therefore selling him won't be a bad idea after all. Some names come to mind when Milan sell players:
KAKA, SHEVA, Gorcuff...
