I miss Pato
I know this season he hasn't been great for us (save the Barca game). Many of us jumped on the hating band wagon, and I'll admit that I did too. But thinking over his skill, and his highlight games of Napoli and Inter last season, I really miss him. The whole team played poorly at the start of the season so I don't think we can blame him. Now that we are performing well, I'm excited to see him start bagging goals.
I personally am looking forward to his recovery and the dimension he is going to add to our play.

Re: I miss Pato
no one can blame pato!, it's not his fault, injuries are a bitch and they can haunt every player. i'd still take a healthy pato over the awfully overrated balotelli anyday of the week....
that said, we just can't go on like this!, something must be done if pato's injury problems won't end soon, which let's face it doesn't seem likely...
i truly feel for pato, so much potential and time wasted due to injuries, poor kid...

I am still waiting for him to be done with injuries for once and for all. I would love him back as he is my favorite player of all time.

There's no way to heal guys like him ... I feel bad for his career and ambition , and that's about it .... our dreams of him winning Ballon d'Or were gone a long time ago , even before he left ....

I miss him too. Balo has been great and all, but Pato was like a semi-club symbol (whatever that means) and he definitely could have become a club symbol had injuries not killed him. But I have always believed in and will continue to do so no matter what. I hope he returns to Milan and fulfills all the promise he once showed!

He has zero chance of living up to his actual potential. Once you're injury prone you cannot change it.

People used to say the same about Van Persie as well. Hopefully Pato can play more consistently. He's a massive talent.

Re: I miss Pato
Pato, his injury issues aside which appear to have been solved by his move away from our medical staff, needs to grow tactically and hopefully the consistent game time he can now enjoy in Brazil will help him to develop this aspect of his game. His awareness of his teammates and his passing ability have always been the biggest limitations on his game and such an inability to play with his back to goal will limit his chances to succeed upon a return to Europe. If Pato can't add more to the building of play before the team works into the box, he'll always struggle to be an elite player, which is a pity because as a finisher and an individual threat he is a superb forward.

Im sure he would get injured once he touched Italian soil anyway. Either that, or while plowing the daughter of Silvio.

Re: I miss Pato
AC Milan are looking at recalling Corinthians strikers Alexandre Pato following Giampaolo Pazzini’s recent injury.
The Italian will require knee surgery that will keep him out of action for up to six months.
Corriere dello Sport claims Milan will address this loss by approaching their former player Alexandre Pato.
The Brazilian returned to his homeland only five months ago and Silvio Berlusconi had made it clear his departure was a only temporal.
Pato still has strong ties with Milan, particularly his relationship with Barbara Berlusconi.
Both Alessandro Matri and Marco Borriello have also been linked with return moves to the San Siro club.

Re: I miss Pato
He's a Corinthians player now. They paid money for that to happen , we can't just recall him wherever we feel like it .
It would be sweet if we did tbh , but this is nothing more than a fake rumour , without a shred of truth behind it. Even if the deal was a 2 year loan worth 15m lol , we can't have him back for 6 months without some sort of compensation . Judging by what they paid , assuming it's just temporary lol , that would be an awful big compensation for just 6 months .
Nothing there really.
