Getting pounded as expected..90+ % possession from Bayern.

3-0 atm with a few minutes to go in the 1st half..Mueller has been best bayern player so far..All the others looks kinda laid back on the pitch.

Well, it was 4:0 at fulltime, with all goals scored in the first half with the proper team. The second half saw 9 (in words: nine) subs in the Bayern team - only Neuer and Schweinsteiger played through.

In the first half, Neuer could as well have watched the match from the stands. In the second he did a silly action, probably out of boredom, but the Indian player couldn't profit of it. ^^

yeah goalkeepers are the only good players india have lol

but i dont think our best goalie played.. subroto pal.. he is actually quite good..

it stinks though that with our population we havent able to produce footballers on that level.. in terms of absolute numbers ,football is oneo f the most popular sports at grass roots level,..

How does Bayern Munich, an European heavyweight visiting India hamper local progress? They preached all they long that with a proper youth setup and training facilities, India can produce it's own class squad one day.

Ah.

Well, it's extremely possible to be awesome in various sports, especially with the pool of talent India possesses.

If we are world class in baseball and do decently in football with 3% of India's population, surely India can become world class in football one day.

lol i was talking about cricket.. bayern are doing more for indian football than indian sports ministry

all the money goes to the *bleep* bcci, cricket is given primary importance ,rest of the sporting bodies are relegated to sideshows..
