Guys, Simeone was not a flop at Catania as he was quite good considering the resources and time he had at Cataniagentina.
He is a bright young manager with fresh ideas and is what Atletico need.
Despite his lack of experience today is the day where managers like him are needed to inject the right source of leadership and inspiration with their new prospectful ideas.
I predict he will be a solid success if given the time.

the thing is, will he given time at atleti? and even if he does get a bright start he needs to continue that in the second season, bring some stability, not like sanchez flores..

Who are we kidding? As long as Cerezo (spelling?) and the Gil family are still in charge, poor Diego would just be another managerial causality. I give him a year before Atletico do their usual sacking...
