Pepe is awful on the ball

EVERY SINGLE TIME he got the ball he hoofed it back to them. He does it EVERY DAMN CLASICO, just hoofs it back to them.

Hopefully next time Varane gets a chance or we get a new CB.

Except for his distributing, he did all right in terms of defense. That's why we have Ramos in CB.

He's always been bad in that department though lol...

he was excellent tonight though, Barca could have had more had it not been for him tightly marking them like a bulldog

He was good defensively, but it's exactly this "hoofing of the ball" tactic that cost the team this game.

The pressing done by the players tonight was excellent, but whats the point if you press and exhaust yourself to regain the ball, for you to give back instantaneously?

When you're 1 nil up you should maintain possession, build up play, the pressure is off, make them work to get the ball, no need for you to hoof it to row z.
