duh this is a thread about the best performing players, not who are the best overalll.. suarez has done well but strikers should be primarily judged on goals and when you have people like dzeko and aguero scoring by the buckets ,suarez doesnt merit an inclusion

Suarez is wo fkn overrated omg ..the guy has 6 goals this season in all competitions and is much worse than the suarez we saw in the end of last season or in copa america..but i guess most people here dont watch the pl and do their teams based on how people hype them.

Few players not really in the right position, but nly way to fit them in really.

Dont like leaving out Balo, Rooney, Bale a few others and having not one single Man utd player...but it is what it is.

No offense to anyone especially Liverpool fans but putting Suarez over Kun is just wrong.

If your going to do that just go ahead and say these are the player I like but my list has nothing to do with on field performance.

HONERABLE MENTION: Theo Walcott

I totally agree with this team. We definitely deserve to have 1-2 defensive players since we have the best defense in the league (statistically)...but no offensive players from our team should even be considered. Hitting the woodwork 14 times, is inexcusable. I like your team...but Maybe Bale for Mata ? Bale has been very very good this season, but then same with Mata. I also feel Lescott/Kompany could go either way too..but it should be one of them after all.

Modric has been sensational this season Franchise. He's been by far the best midfielder this season in my opinion.

I honestly believe Cabaye was better than Modric before Tiote's injury but having to play as a DM due to Tiote's injury has effected his performances.....

Now i would have Modric and Yaya above him.

I wanted to put Aguero in but imo Bale and Mata have been better irrelevant of goals.

As far as CB's go Agger, Coloccini, Lescott, Kompany, Taylor, Koscielny and Kaboul have been the best and imo any combination of the 7 is fair.

The rest pick thierselves as far as iam concerned.

Yea, I agree with you. It was tough to leave Bale out for Mata but IMO Bale runs very hot and cold.

Also, I think Chelsea would be a disaster w/o Mata as he seems to play a part in every goal they score. Spurs on the other hand would fair much better IMO if they had to play w/o Bale so that's kind of why I did it.

Yaya and Lucas better than Modric this season?

Can't stand the club he plays for but there's no way those two have been better. Modric has been almost as good as Silva and RVP for Spuds this season. He's been putting in Xavi-esque performances week in week out for them.

Maybe Lucas ahead of Yaya if you want to put a pure DM in there.

Bale over Aguero too. He's been better this season despite the latter having a better goal record.

Sorry but Aguero has 11 goals and 4 assists in 13 games to Bale's 5 goals and 5 assists in 13 games. I love Bale but it's just not close.

I love how people keep saying "despite the goal record" he's been better. I mean you just can't say that. Aguero has 1 less assist and 6 more goals in the same amount of games.

As for Yaya, I know you don't like him but he has been a rock for City and he's the one constant in there lineup every game. Mancici can switch around his lineup all he wants but he knows Yaya is in there very game. You can't really say that about anyone else on there team. I love Lucas as well, but Yaya has been better and he does more things to affect a game then Lucas.

He has been better than Mata and Bale even though he does not play the same position. The first matchday counts up until now, but because he has not been in god form for the past 3 weeks he is being over looked.

No goals since Sept 18th, United have scored 7 goals in their last 7 games, meaning offensively, they haven't been good

Half of Aguero's goals came in his 2 or 3 games and goals and assist =/= performances........

Also Yaya has been lliability defensively and not the rock like you think.......

Alot of the goals City have conceded have been due to Yaya getting lazy and not picking up his runner( Barry has been miles better than him defensively)

Yaya has been fantastic at linking the player and getting forward from midfield and controlling the game but unfortunatly for him Modric has been even better at that lol......

Lucas has been the best DM in the league by a mile this year.

Ever since Rooney has dropped ever so deep they can't even score goals up front. Shows how important Rooney is.
