PL Team of the Season

Richards Kompany Coloccini Baines
Valencia Song Yaya Dempsey
RVP Rooney

I would like to see teams based on consistency over the season and not the best players over a 3 month period and dipped after that.......

Special mentions to: Agger, Hart, Ba, Mata, Silva, Arteta, Aguero etc etc

Also Sagna would have been in my team if he was'nt injured for 5 months or what ever it was.

I agree in large with your team, though. Just three changes:

Hart

Richards --- Koscielny --- Kompany --- Baines

Valencia --- Arteta --- Yaya Toure --- Dempsey

van Persie --- Rooney

I think Arteta has been far more consistent than Song this season, and admittedly I'm being a bit bias with my choice of Koscielny over Coloccini.

But because this is voted for by idiotic players I guarantee the likes of Jonny Evans, Luka Modric, Scott Parker, Gareth Bale and David Silva will get in it.

Krul is joint with Hart in clean sheets while having to do it with R.Taylor, Simpson, Williamson, Perch etc etc in the defence......

He's been miles more consistent than Hart, and Coloccini for the last 4 months has basically marshalled the defence that has taken us to top 4 by himself......

and Tottenham away aside he's been fantastic from week 1, definitely more consistent than the likes of Koscielny, Agger, etc etc......

Also Coloccini was in Gary Neville's team of the season..... is he bias too?

ands widely accepted that Krul and Hart have been the best and to me Krul has been more consistent and has had alot more to do than Hart who might aswell sit down and have a BBQ most weeks.

Also if i wanted to be bias then i would put Cabaye and Ba in the team.....

I dont see whats so shocking about Coloccini and Krul they have been as consistent as anyone in their positions.

I find Koscielny more laughable than Coloccini tbh.

What I find funny about people's teams is that almost half of you dont watch newcastle or atleast on a consistent basis and ur putting Colo in your teams.Im not saying I do Mole but I've watched City alot this season and Hart has been fantastic so I dont think Krul would be better than that.

Said it was basing it on consistency..... and Colo has been miles more consistent than Kos and Agger......

That's why i didnt pick Silva as he's been on his holidays since christmas......

Also iam not the only one who has put Coloccini in thier team of the season...... Gary Neville put him in there aswell.

Does my hype effect Neville too? Laughing

Also i dont agree with you, Coloccini has been playing alongside crap majority of the season yet still making our defence look good.

He also been put in PFA team of the season.......

Kompany, Koscielny, Agger would'nt look half as good as they do alongside R.Taylor, Simpson, Williamson and Perch which Colo has done for the majority of the season.

He still is to me, but as i said iam basing my team on consistency and many have been more consistent than Silva.

As i mentioned earlier he hasnt really performed since christmas.......

id have to go with this, this is the formation that has to be used for pfa team of the season because generally the best epl fullback's have either been injured the majority of time or just sucked this season.
