Carvalho had a better year than a lot of the CB's on that list. It's based on all of 2011.

Not better than Hummels, Rami, Sakho, Chiellini, etc. Carvalho being there is a joke. But then again, there are a lot of jokes lol...

I think my first post sums it up tbh lol.......
The fact the German Champions has no nominess is a joke in itself.......
How Sahin( I know he joined Madrid but still), Hummels and Subotic are not there is a borderline disgrace.

Re: FIFA best 11 of 2011
Why is Buffon there? Lloris and Krul >>>>>>> Buffon. And why is Aguero there instead of Godzalo Higuain?

Yep i bet he did.......
At a club level:
He played the fifth most on the team (after Casillas, Ronaldo, Alonso, and Marcelo)
He had the best scoring percentage out of all the Madrid defenders
Overall pass completion of 90%
Gave up the least amount of turnovers out of all Madrid defenders (Pepe gave up 50+ more than him, Ramos more than double, Marcelo more than triple)
Second most steals on the squad after Sergio Ramos
All on a team that went to the CL Semi's, finished second in the league, and won the CDR

Re: FIFA best 11 of 2011
Hmm, there are a few modificications from the 2010-2011 best XI I can think of. The FIFA list is crap, but since its such a big list at least its not as disgraceful as the Ballon d'Or one.
Marcelo for example hasnt been as good, but i dont know if there has been a good enough improver to knock him off the spot. Pique would probably sneak in too. In midfield, Xavi hasnt been as good, neither has Ozil. And the striker should be Gomez/Van Persie/Sarabia/Benzema.
