B.NEWS: VUCINIC SET TO LEAVE ROMA!

vucinic was brought in from lecce on loan in 06-07, we paid lecce 7m in 07-08 for an initial fee and in 08-09 we concluded the deal by paying lecce 12m.

I heard Marotta offered us Amauri and 5 million for him....Sabatini told him to jog on :lol!:..

Anyways i hope he does stay i know he's had a tough season but he did get into double digits you must remember and this has been one of his worst seasons at the club..I think with the new manager and playing in a more attacking role in the 4-3-3 i reckon he can do well and with more help from the midfield in which he should get if it 's anything go by luis Enrique's playing style i think he will score plenty next season....

Vucinic has 'broken' with Roma



Mirko Vucinic’s agent admits “something has broken with Roma, but we are only in preliminary talks with Juventus” after a trip to England.

The striker is unhappy with his position at the club, especially in the wake of big changes from new Coach Luis Enrique and President Thomas Di Benedetto.


While Juventus are the current favourites to sign him, Blackburn Rovers have also shown an interest.


“I went to England in order to get a better idea of the situation,” agent Alessandro Lucci told Sky Sport 24.


“Don’t forget that I have another 20 players to discuss, so the trip was not explicitly about Vucinic. Premier League interest for Mirko was a while back and we haven’t talked to anyone.


“We are in a discussion faze to understand if the rapport with Roma has truly terminated. There is some unhappiness, as in recent years Roma only appreciated him occasionally. He wanted to stay here for as long as possible, but something has broken.


“We met with director Walter Sabatini and will see him again to realise if this is a dead end.”


It was reported this week that Lucci held a meeting with Juventus directors and he confirmed these rumours.


“It’s true I met with Juventus directors, but we talked about many players. They asked for information on Mirko, as did many other clubs. It’s still in the preliminary stages, so we cannot talk about a genuine negotiation process yet.”

If we are to sell him and with him being heavily linked to Juve (Typical Serie A transfer shite)selling to rivals i will never get it .Anyways i hope we sell for cash only.I don't want us to get left with rejects like Iaquinta or Amauri...

lucci seems to have some sand in his pu**y.. one day he says vucinic is not leaving the next day he goes and holds talks with juve..

vucinic is an itegeral part of roma and has been for 5 years, there is no way players which we are targetting can ever replace vucinic or what he has done for the club..

If he moves to juve we should probably try to make it a cash only deal..

If to tottenham we should look for either of sandro or a forward from their squad(excluding crouch)

Blackburn is a smaller version of man city thus would probably pay us more than juve..
