Re: Game of Thrones
About the ending:
Anyways, I am very excited for the house of the undying. Hopefully they show all the scenes inside it, and not just the final one.
How long until Tywin captures Arya? She's given herself away, a Northener who knows how to read and history he's no longer familiar with, and speaks properly. Does he know Arya stark is missing?
- Spoiler:
- No direwolves with the bodies = not the real bodies
But I don't think anyone bought that for a second.

Re: Game of Thrones
Agreed BC.
- Spoiler:
- Great episode honestly. Theon continues to look more and more like a foolish douche though I do like this character a lot more now then I did earlier in both the book and the earlier episodes.
I can totally see Jon Snow becoming a Wildling now. It makes perfect sense to me. He has no ties now, thanks to him being a bastard. He was never meant to stay with the Watch. Far too restless for it and if it hadn't been for his boys, he'd be gone already anyway. My only question about this story arc is where the hell is Ghost? He's always with them in the book, but I rarely see him on the show. Disappointing honestly.
Dany truly looks lovely when she's pissed off and cold like she is now. Of all the claimants to the throne, I'm rooting for her over them all. The House of the Undying is a complete clusterf*ck in the book so I hope they don't cheat us out of that though Pyat Pree murdering everyone is too much for me. He was more ethereal in the book, more enigmatic.
The Robb/Catelyn story line appears to be the least interesting for me right now, but once they find about about Theon and the boys, that's going to chance very quickly. I hate that they added that woman in this arc. Completely unnecessary honestly and it looks really forced.
The Sansa/Clegane scene was very well done, recited almost verbatim from the book. Good stuff there. The Cersei/Tyrion scene was rather awkward though. Especially when she started crying. Was better suited for the book when you could get a gauge of who was feeling what.
Love what's happening with Arya and Tywin. Still the most fascinating of all the story arcs in the show. Amazing to see this 10-year old girl holding her own with this sullen, ruthless and cold old man. Though things are coming to a head here. Ever the cunning mind, Tywin's beginning to sense that Arya isn't who she says she is. You can tell from the questions he asks more than her answers.

- Tywin never meets Arya in the book... so it's not farfetched other changes will take place. I'm at least awaiting for Tywin to make her out.

And the Tywin - Arya arc is even more awesome because both the actors have been given some cracking dialogue, and are pulling it off superbly. Hats off to both of them for some of the best dialogue in the show so far.

Re: Game of Thrones
I am finally happy that shit is looking real. Theon has completely lost it...he has cracked under pressure from all sides. Tyrion is finally starting to soften up with his sister and tywin, i am liking him more and more with his conos with arya. And Jamie is a GOAT even in chains

Re: Game of Thrones
Request here: Can we get some sort of indicator of just how much of a spoiler these spoilers are, like just a note of: Spoiler past XXXX point or something?
Obviously by now I know McLewis' spoilers don't go beyond the most recent TV Series Episode, but I get the feeling Bazinga's spoilers may be far beyond the TV Series (or even the corresponding book) so I'm afraid to click

some spoilers are beyond the recent episode, they are insight from the books.... better if u don't read them if you don't want it ruined, Bazinga's and BC's are from the book

Re: Game of Thrones
I started reading storm of swords, but I stopped reading when the school year began in september and I think I've forgotten a lot of what I read in that book...I'm gonna hit the rest of the books hard again when I go to the beach this summer
Anyway I just wanted to know so that I could participate in the most recent discussions without accidentally running across a spoiler that ruins the books

I try to say book spoilers when I'm talking about the books. I'll try to mention it in future comments.

Re: Game of Thrones
Storm of Swords is an awesome book. Best in the series, since it has so much happening. If you stopped reading it, I'd suggest picking it back up. You also get to know the "proper" version of things that happen, since the show obviously has to eat up some characters and events.
And unless specifically mentioned, my spoilers are a book or two into the future

I can only speak for myself but I was going for a "the wait is finally over" type bow
These 6 days of wait are painful
