May I just state that I am disappointed that a thread about Gerrard turned into a discussion on Lampard and his BMI. :facepalm:

That said, I think both look far thinner than even a few years ago. Not that either was fat, but they look like they have lost a lot of upper body strength. This could be down to the Kit styles nowadays. They fit much tighter and leave far less to the imagination. I'm thinking that if this trend continues we will soon see kits similar to the uniforms WWE wrestlers wear.
