No idea how Spuds escaped with a point there.
Godmeobi
Pardew (actually thought he got his subs wrong today so fair play)
EDIT: Lionel Messi, you forgot to add Messi's sick nutmeg halfway through the 2nd half to your sig

He needs a call back to the NT, I'd love that. Him and Masche at CB :wank:

They bought the ref, it seems other than Utd each team gets the ref for 1 week max
Pardew usually gets his subs wrong lol, but fair play

Re: The New Invincibles?
I thought we played shit for an hour, too much hoof ball and not enough passing......
Drop Simpson, Obertan and Best for Santon, Marveaux and Ben Arfa in the future please.....
Still going to be unbeaten through out the season though

I think we need the 2 up front for Ba to play well. If he is the lone striker he will get double teamed.

Colocini is like a better version of Puyol or David Luiz.

I dont really agree, he is strong and psychical enough to play upfront on his own......
Besides we will sign a striker in January

Re: The New Invincibles?
He was being beaten alot in the air by Kaboul but when he switched with Best and went onto Bassong he was great. If he had been up front on his own Kaboul would have just marked him all game.

Re: The New Invincibles?
Simpson is *bleep* dreadful though. I understand Newcastle are playing well so he doesn't want to disrupt the team but Santon is miles better at both ends of the pitch.
Obertan works very hard but he's very wasteful. A better winger would have made more of the space Spuds were giving him. I'd like to see Marveaux or maybe Ben Arfa in place of him.
Agreed with this. I hope Pardew sticks with the 2 upfront.
Maybe replace Ben Arfa with Obertan? His workrate is shocking though so it probably wouldn't work.

Re: The New Invincibles?
The problem with all this is the idea from the start is play a 4-4-1-1.....
With Ben Arfa behind the lone striker.......
and play 2 wingers and obviously the boss duo in the middle.....
So someone has to give way, i would like to see how this works because its definitely our best team......
Id like a CF, LB, RW and back up CB in the next two windows
