I'm expecting a few more people to die in the final episode. If you guys had to cut a character in the final episode of the season, who would it be?

Personally, Glen has really annoyed me recently with his constant bitching about 'what the Governor did to Maggie' (which wasn't even much ffs). I haven't really enjoyed any scene with him in the second half of the season tbh. I like the guy and don't think he's dying, but at a time like this, losing him wouldn't bother me too much :coffee:

I finished Walking dead first season.
I liked it so far and will continue watching.

However, why some people say Walking Dead is not a series about zombies?
It's all there is so far. Zombies, zombies, and zombies. They call them walkers or geeks, but they are Zombies.

Beth/Tyrese' girl is my guess.

I think the last ep will end with Tyrese making a move to save the group/Rick somehow, after he sees what the Governor is really about. His g/f will end up dying and the next season will start with Tyrese in the group.

One thing I dislike about this series is how magical hordes of zombies appear out of nowhere. First episode of second season is ridiculous in that regard. They are in the midle of a highway, and the old man is scouting with binoculars, and they don't see a horde of zombies coming until they are 20 meters away! Please...

I don't understand why characters in TV shows are doing stupid stuff all the time. Although I like the show, the walking dead is TOP in this regard:
- They don't train kids and women to defend theirselves with spears.
- They don't cover themselves with thick clothes to avoid rashes and biting from zombies.
- They find stuff with tools and potential weapons and don't even search if it's worth keeping.
- Instead of looking for a fortified place in the countriside or an island near the coast or in a river, they just stay in the woods in tents!
- And many, many individual stupidities like not leaving the box of tools close to Merle when leaving him tied so he can cut the handcuffs.

Anyways, Watched the latest episode (spoilers for you free so don't read )

It was pretty good despite some boring parts. I knew rick will back away from the michone plan as it was just "not them" as Daryl said. Daryl was amazing, through out.

But Merle stole the show and not surprisingly either. At the start rick said " do you even know yourself why is it you do " And that was basically Merle in a nutshell.

He was like Shane in a way but a better man which is very surprising since his 1st season and earlier season antics. shane couldn't care less about the group and just wanted Lori. While Merle wanted safety for his brother and he wanted to fit in. He knew he was the black sheep and he hated that. He was doing all that just to protect the group and he went out in a heroic way even if it was a bit stupid.

Seeing him as a walker infront of Daryl was sad. Seeing Daryl cry was even more sad lol

Last episode will be 10/10

Btw this last episode was written by Scott Gimple, who will be the new showrunner the next season after Mazzara got the axe, and also wrote Clear (the episode where Rick goes back to his hometown). Good signs for the next season.

First half of the 3rd season was very good I thought, but yeah this second half left a lot to be desired. They built it up as though everyone would be floored by how the final episode goes down, but I was never really shocked at any of the things that happened, and it didn't make me thirst for the next season either or make me wonder what is going to happen to everyone. They better not just stay in that god damned prison for an entire other season. Oh well, I got to watch GoT yesterday so that made up for it :coffee:

Wtf was that finale Laughing

Don't get me wrong, as just a normal episode it was decent but it was nothing like a finale. The battle was so weak that it was laughable. Rick n the Governor didn't even see each other.

Best part was Andrea's death even though they wasted 20 minutes on her trying to see if that guy was dead or alive.

Carl is becoming like Shane.

Rick bringing back the old people to the Prison. How the f is he going to feed all of them Laughing

There was no cliffhanger, nothing. What's going to happen in Season 4 ?

Angela was a trash character so I couldn't give two craps, I liked the Governors scientist guy more than her, lol.
