imalegend, some of the most effective tricks are the easiest ones Very Happy

hold LT/L2 and do fake shots in different directions, easy way to do heel chop, fake rabona etc.

I think I scored the most sexiest goal of the century against a friend when we were hanging, but for some reason I can't upload. It says EA Sports is unavailable... Has been like that for 1 day now.

Is it just me or is it down?

i was playing with Germany against madrid,was losing 3-0 at HT.Subbed Gomes in for Klose and he scored a fecking hattrick,drew 3-3 :bow:

I hate when I play online, choose a top team that nevertheless has some weaknesses (like Arsenal), only for my opponent to choose Barca. 90% of the people I face just choose Barca every time if I choose an even good-leveled team. I pretty much just play as 3 star teams these days so that I don't get put with baby opponents who aren't willing to take any risks. I have yet to lose a game as Toronto FC :coffee:

Also, I have pretty much only looked at this topic a handful of times so I apologize if someone has already mentioned this, but I've uncovered a good way to get any player you want in career mode, as long as you have enough money to pay for wages. If you submit a 'loan with a view to buy' offer for almost any player in the game, and then tell the club of the player that you will pay them an absurd amount of money at the end of the loan, you can get almost any player you want. I have recently been promoted to the EPL as Plymouth Argyle, and I have had Messi and RvP on my team for consecutive seasons. I just told Barca and Arsenal that I would pay them each 500 million euros at the end of the loans in order to purchase the two players. When the time came, I didn't buy them, and both clubs fell for the same trick the following season too Cool

Okay, it's not realistic, but with the money the Plymouth board offers me each season, building a title-winning team isn't realistic either...

Haha omg Eman that is amazing, but I won't do it just because I'd prefer to keep it realistic.

On your problem with live... I also always get that... So fking annoying. What's worse is I actually do support Barca, but I go out of my way to play with inferior teams to make it more interesting/challenging/not be a d*ck. Then I select team... go to match... and the other rat has Barca or Madrid. Every fking time. :facepalm:

Before the game starts I think you can set the settings to maximum 4 star teams.

I know you can do it on custom matches, but it is not a ranked match. Not sure if you can change settings on ranked.

If you play only for fun then just play custom games.

I've been slacking recently.
i missed promotion to division two by 4 points.
and now I keep drawing ahaha

Oh and i made the mistake of choosing Colombia and forgetting that Ivory Coast is also still only rated 4 stars...

Oh and if anyone here bases their gameplay on only lobbed through balls... you automatically suck at Fifa 12.

I've only made it up to division 4 on PC. Almost made division 3, but this stupid game seems to love pairing me with people halfway round the world on crappy internet connections.

Dont use Bayern on divisions 2 or 1,people will rape you,specially with Madrid.

In top divisions I always use Brazil,Germany,Italy,Milan,Inter and Barca.City and Madrid when i desperately need points.

Np lewis, we'll kick it tonight.

Bayern's CB's are extremely slow, but I play very deep and have 2 DM's infront of the defence so it's basically impossible to break them down with through balls.

And I've had many people bitch about the way I play, but it actually takes alot of concentration and patience to play a deep, counter attacking style.

And Olic in this game is absolute beast. I've actually been starting him over Godmez for about 4 divisions now because of his awesome workrate.

Barcelona are usually a walk in the park for me, cause their high line and weak players are so easy to exploit. Also Maxwell/Abidal vs. Robben Very Happy
