I was the biggest critic of this guy in the past.But after last two seasons i realized this guy has the potential to be absolute crack of a player.
Easily best dribbler and one touch football player in RM squad hands down.He imo is the best wing back at going forward.His ball skills are just out of this world.

He has been amazing in performing the role assigned by Mourinho, he is such a big player for us that when he doesn't play our attack suffers alot.
Still alot to learn and grow (still very young) but in time I think he can establish himself as a true great for Madrid.

Alves is a great athlete though so his defending is quite good (when he is in position). If he stays at home Barca's right side is usually pretty safe.
If he goes up to far spaces start to appear.

Don't get me wrong Marcelo sh*ts over any fullback in the game when it comes to going forward, he is just a bit lacking in terms of when and when not to go up and support the attack.
The kid is all talent, a magician with the ball and someone who honestly looks like he enjoys himself while playing.
