A bit is an understatement , An ex:

He hires coach A and fires him after a poor result and insults him , then he hires another coach B for two weeks and fires him bringing in Coach A whom he fires at the end of the season. He hires coach C in the summer and fires him after 1 match and hires coach D all the while asking coach A to come back and by an estimate who wont last long. True story.
